Default Is it true that once I turn 18 I won't be covered by my parents' health insurance?

I am turning 18 in a few weeks, and I was wondering if I won't be covered anymore, I am currently a college student and I won't be able to afford insurance

Usually if you're a full time college student, you have until the age of 22 or 23.
