My brother has a preexisting condition called Nero-Sarcodosis. He used to live in the US with full medicaid insurance started in his early 20's, now 46. He may come back to the states as a permanent residence in Miami Florida.

First will it take him the full three year period to reaply(as it did in Michigan) and be accepted?

Secondly, Is there a garenteed acceptence standard full health care coverege- medicine included he can apply for untill he is granted the Medicaid program?
And what can he expect to pay for his monthly or anual premium?
