I am presently a college educated full time pregnant office manager but when I want to return to work if I do not remain full time I think I will be fired so I am trying to find a part time with benefits in New Jersey...I am open for suggestions.

Very few part time jobs offer health insurance. It depends on the company, but most require a certain number of hours minimum. It's not necessarily full time, but fairly close usually.
