a friend told me you can get health insurance working at mcdonalds part-time. does anyone work there and know if this is true?

I'm pretty sure you only get benefits if you're a manager, or higher, like a corporate manager. I work at a place that specializes in giving people benefits and in almost every place, a worker has to be there full time to recieve these benefits. I read "Fast Food Nation" and the book talked about how they encourage young people to work for them because you get benefits, low pay, etcc, so I would say no to benefits, especially for part time.
