Self Employed nedds family insurance

I am about to be self employed and need to find good health insurance. My wife is a diabetic. No insulin just oral meds daily. We both are on blood pressure meds also. Kids are healthy. We live in Atlanta Georgia. Non tobacco users. Who can I contact to see about family health insurance.
