Shoot me an email with what plan you have (i don't need the details... just what plan it is)... I know of a lot of plans out right now that are very affordable. 9 times out of 10 I'm able to find a cheaper plan with better coverage.

Changing from a PPO to HMO will save you a couple of dollars - also raising your deductible will also lower your payment. Is this through your employer or are you paying direct?
