Default Are health clinincs that don't accept insurance and offer lower rates to

patients any good? I keep hearing a radio advertisement about a clinic in our area that does not accept any form of health insurance (can't think of the name) and that becuase of this they are able to offer low rates to their patients. Do you think places like these have quality healthcare?
