Pay for cable TV?
Go out to eat twice a week?
Get a frappacino from Starbucks?
Take a two week paid vacation with air and lodging?

If people can pay for these things, should a private citizen who buys their own health insurance have to buy this person's health insurance?

Should a business that is trying to stay in the black and pays for it's employee's health care as a benefit of their work have to pay for this citizen's health care?

Well said! Goverment funded healthcare is THE worst idea, just ask the people in Canada how thats working out for them.
And its FAR, FAR from free healthcare. We'll (Tax payers) pay for it dearly.
