Default Restaurant Managers/Health Insurance?

Attention restaurant managers: how much do you pay for health insurance and what company/restuarant do you work for?

my husband pays 235 every 2 weeks... we have copays of 25 for primary care and 50 specialist. the lifetime max on the policy is a mere 250,000.

we've started looking for him to get another job with more money/better insurance.

Your state of residence will be relevant to your question.
I am not a restaurant manager. Premiums and benefits vary greatly by state. It's possible your husband may be able to pay more in premium to receive greater benefits. He also may be able to negotiate with the owner to contribute more to the health insurance premiums. There are usually a few choices. Go with the best you can afford.
