Default What exactly was Hilary Clinton's involvment in the State Children's Health

Insurance Program? She keeps mentioning this as experience for Presidential office...

She had a program where she was developing a socialized medicine program when she was in the white house. The white house got fined repeatedly because of their hidden meetings. The public didn't buy her crap then and they won't now.
