I am on my husband's insurance plan that he gets ffrom his job, but the deducible is too high and with the specialist I see and the tests I need for epilepsy we couldn't afford to stay with it if I am pregnant again. But I need his insurance for my epilepsy (the doctor won't accept Medicaid)

I think I might be pregnant again. I had Medicaid for my 1st child throughout my pregnancy and want to re-apply for it if I am since we are low-income and I don't know if it's possible to have 2 insurance's at once.

If I re-apply for Medicaid will they see that I have another health insurance or only know if I mention it. I don't like to use my husband's health insurance because I only need it for that specialist I have to see. Is this wrong?

It all depends, Just try to apply for medicaid and see what they say.

you can have two insurances at the same time but you will have to talk to the medicaid people. they are the only ones who can tell you if they will let you have both.
