Default I passed my LIfe agent, I want to start an agency for health insurance,...

...and be involved with IMO, how 2 do it? How do i approach IMO or FMO and get a contract with them? what do i need to get started?

Yeah, good luck on that. You have no experience, and no idea how to go about it. Likely, no one is going to give you a direct contract until you've got a few years and a substantial book of business under your belt.

Go get a straight commission sales job from a local health agent. Then you'll be learning all about how to work an agency, while you build your book of business, and make the contacts you need to beg an appointment.
