He might elect to remove your name from his coverage. I would not remind him of the subject of health insurance. Just call your insurance co. and ask them to verify your coverage (if it is still in effect); you do not have to tell them you are separated. As long as you're only seperated, you're still covered. Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, coverage will not cease until the divorce is final.
