I have horrible debilitating pain for two weeks out of th emonth, but I have no money or health insurance HELP ME
OK I also have an emotional roller coaster with the cramps, and I have tried midol, it doesnt touch the pain tho

Hot bath. That's all you can do if you don't have the money to buy some Midol.

And that's not PMDD. That's cramps. PMDD is an emotional thing, like really, really bad PMS.
