...email notification that my credit card payment was processed and then a few weeks later then sent me an email stating that my payment was declined. By this time I had already used my insurance and they paid the claims. I do not have the money to pay them now. What will happen? Will they sue me or even worse jail me since the insurance company paid my claims but my payment unsuccesfully wasnt processed for premium?
