Default International Health Insurance?

Can anyone recommend health insurance for Americans working outside the US? Some of the plans I am familiar with include AETNA Global, Clements International, and CIGNA International. Has anyone had positive experience with any of these plans, or know of other similar plans?

The Lloyd's of London has a good program offered through their underwriters. This online program was just released. It allows you to apply, buy, and print your proof of coverage from your computer.
