Yes. However, it would depend on how the system was set up and how much small businesses would pay in taxes. Theoretically, it should be set up in a sliding scale with larger companies and corporations spending more.

Exactly. I would love to open my own business, but one accident or illness and I'm bankrupt without health insurance.

It would also help Big Business be able to compete internationally, as most every other advanced nation has some form of nationalized health Insurance or Healthcare
