Default Health insurance fraud?
Does it have anything to do with technology, as in computers.

the apparent largest health insurance fraud is MediCare. the usual fraud requires the MediCare numbers of real patients.

the next largest fraud seems to be staged atuo accidents, which requires real people who receive fake injuries.
