Default Does anyone know if washington recognizes fiances... to be on their

significant others health insurance? or do they require you to married?
I know some states approve it.. is washington one of them?

Yes, I know. And No, significant others are not allowed on the other's health insurance. You answered it, you have to be married (with a marriage license, unless you are willing to commit fraud).
