Default Is there a law requring your company to give you X-amount of wanring before...

...terminating your health insurance? I was just told by my company that they are going to stop paying my health insurance as of this Thursday and that I am elligble to enroll in cobra if I so choose.... I thought they had to give you a thirty day warning?

Nope, not needed.

I would encourage you to enroll in Cobra.
