she has adhd, but we make too much to qualify for her to get disability. her indepentent policy keeps getting higher with less benefits( bcbs blue advantage) we also make too much for health choice any help?-just barely

With a diagnosis of ADHD, you're not going to get an individual company to take her on, and cover any mental health issues - which is what ADHD is classified as.

So you're stuck with the current plan, unless you switch jobs and your new employer gives it to you.

If it really is "just barely", you might want to talk to an accountant to find deductions. The accountant's fee would count for one. With enough deductions, you might be able to lower your income and get her into health choice.

Your other good option is to find employment with a company that will put her on a group.
