...does it affect the price yo When Health Insurance asks you if you have pre-existing conditions or medications, does it affect the price you pay?
What's the best course to take? I haven't been officially diagnosed with anything but I do take some medications. All the Health Insurance companies I know of have asked me if I have any pre-existing medical problems and pre-existing medications that I currently take before health insurance signup.
How do I answer these questions? What is the best course of action to take on this? I don't want to get into trouble for saying no to their questions, but I don't want to have to pay an extremely high rate for monthly health insurance. What repercussions will I have to worry about?
If it helps any, the medications I take are for anxiety, depression, migraines and high blood pressure. Oh, and birth control but that's sort of a given.
Thanks to anyone who's willing to help!
