How much does an HSG test cost wth Cigna Health Insurance?

I have Cigna Health Insurance. They cover Infertility. Should it cover the HSG test?

Yes it will, your doctor will probably order this test along with others.

are you sure they cover infertility, i have cigna and they won't pay for any of it... except some of the drugs. maybe yours is different, but i found cigna isn't the greatest. good luck and babydust to you
