I'm about to leave my group insurance and need insurance that is not COBRA ($400 a month!). I do not want a HSA. Looking for ways to get insurance with my pre-existing condition (cardiomyopathy). I've heard that some organizations have insurance, like sam's club etc? any body have suggestions? I live in Florida, no smooking, not obese and 27 yrs old.

try anthem-blue cross-blue shield if it's available in florida. also check mega-life and health insurance. good luck. it's going to be expensive.
