Default why can't I get Kaiser insurance if I'm not in their area if I am willing to...
...commute to receive health care? I live outside the covered are for Kaiser health insurance coverage. Why can't I get covered if I am willing to commute to receive health care?

Good question!! Ask them! Are you looking for a policy from a different STATE? it's going to be regulated by YOUR state insurance commissioner.
