Default where can a male with knee problems get low cost health insurance to see...

...a specialist? i have a friend (male in mid 20's)who has a knee problem and needs to go see a specialist. he has no insurance and does not qualify for medicade. he cant work but he doesnt think he will qualify for disability either. he is very frustrated and wants to find help.

Have him to talk to his insurance agent. They should be albe to help him out.

Private health insurance and low cost don't really belong in the same sentence, it doesn't exist. Meantime you have what will be considered a preexisting condition and the new policy will put either a one or two year waiting on that until you can be treated.
