I took a MetSmart policy from MetLife after seeing all those television adds & also intending to save some money from taxes...
but afetr 18 months of paying permium on 1lach 20thousand..i found that MetLife Accounts were not properly maintaned....their website show inaccurate information...like my policy was showing unpaid for some months ....premiums were not invested as soon as we pay..
in month of March they started deducting 4 times of the premium from my bank account without even infroming me ...when i made a complaint ..i got no reply for 1month...later after making n number of calls ..i got a reply stating they had a problem in their ECS system & apologised and promised to resolve it. after another month still the problem was not resolved ....i got really tired of dealing with this shit! and applied for full withdrawal and colsure of the policy...i lost 70%premiums that i payed....
MetLife Agent who was dealing my policy ..just obsconded when i asked his help in this regard..
