Can you purchase whole life insurance that is good no matter where you live so say you spend a couple of years in europe then back to the states then off to asia . are you always really covered by these policies that you take out in one country . Is there some kind of stipulation about having a residence .I am not interested in travel insurance as it is a waste ,
