my grandma died and left me her life insurance policy and i have sent out all the necessary paperwork and i was wondering how long it takes to recieve payment ... i kno it depends on how she died and things soo she died of terminal cancer any help???

If you are the beneficiary, just take the death cert and the policy to an agent. he sends it to the company's processing office.
It takes a week, 2 at the most.
A person old enough to be a grandmother dieing from cancer is nothing unusual.
If death were from something unusual or sinister, it might take a bit longer., but in this case, it shouldn't.
