Default suicide & life insurance?

ok. i had enough with my f*ckin mom (she has mental problem, she thinks she's a god). she's a phycho, she's just very messed up. she's a maniac christian (all she want me to do is go to church and read bible and pray 24hrs a day.), when i'm watchin a video, she screams "u taking time for that, while u got more important things to do??!!(which she means, i need to do those "christian-things"like pray/read bible/etc)"
it's really amazing how i lived til this age without killing her/myself.
but i really can not take her anymore. if i commit suicide, i don't have to c her anymore, but my concern is that i'm the one paying for my brother's college tuition. so, if i have life insurance, how does it work?
well, i can't afford to move out. my dad's paying like 60% of my bro's tuition, and i'm payign 40% of it

PLUS f*ckin mom's debt too.

Insurance companies will not pay out for suicide.
Plan B- deal until you can move out. If every annoyed teenager killed themselves, there wouldn't be any adults alive today.
Your mom sounds like the mom from the Carrie movie.

Wow...back up a little! You're going at this from WAY too extreme a position. Your mom's the one with the personality "quirk"...why would you punish your brother (or yourself for that matter) by taking your own life? You need to get out from under her craziness...and take bro' with you!

LIFE insurance will not allow anyone to benefit from an intentional death. Paying out suicide benefits would be as ludicrous as paying out "murder" benefits...you're simply killing yourself rather than someone else...but THAT'S NOT THE POINT".

there are very few, if any, that will pay if you commit suicide...move the hell away..and take your brother with you...you have more to life than your crazy mother,,,don't let her take that from you.

Oh my gosh..you are considering suicide over this?? How old are you? Old enough to pay your brother's tuition....then you are old enough to not listen to your mom right?

Most life insurance DOES NOT pay if you commit suicide.

Go to plan B.

It doesn't work. Insurance doesn't pay in the case of suicide. Not even the amount you have paid in. You said you're paying your brother's tuition. Why don't you gett him some grants and use some of your money for your own place?

Life insurance generally doesn't pay in cases of suicide. Crazy people can make you crazy.

Don't commit suicide!! That is terrible. Just cut yourself off from your mom and get your own place. That is not something worth killing yourself over. If anything, she should kill herself for being such an idiot.

However, to answer your question I'm pretty sure if you have your brother listed as a beneficiary, he would receive the money from your policy.

But seriously, re-consider this.
