Default Life insurance bank draft?

My husband was approved for a life insurance policy for a rate of 14.21. When his medical test came back they raised the raised from 14.21 to 44.95. He never agreed to the rate but we just found out that they have been drafting the funds for over 7 months of 44.95. Now they are claiming that they got a verbal agreement from him (which is untrue) for the rate change. They do not want to send us any documentations with his signatures. What can we do to get the money back?

more then likely the only thing you can do is report them to the insurance bureau in your state and take them to small claims court. good luck with those thieves
