A couple with two infant kids die in a car accident. How do the kids get life...

...insurance money? How can one ensure that underaged kids get the benefit of life insurance when both parents die accidentally? Consider that the couple has no relative or friends.

In that case the Department of Human resources will probably get them so ask them.
