Default Going to jail for not paying insurance, losing home what do I do?

Part 2 of my first question, Now I received a letter today saying my home will be sold also
And the insurance company is making was making a big deal out of this, until they admitted it was their mistake yesterday. You are acting like I am not telling the truth what would I gain from doing that, you are acting just like the insurance company!
Idiots
So do you think the police will be knocking on my door any minute, should I go hide?
This has been a real mental distress on me I have always been a law abiding citizen and have never been arrested or put in jail. And I always pay my bills on time.
I will be selling my car tomorrow, its not worth it. Then I wont need insurance.

What do you mean you're going to jail? What are you being charged with? Civil law addresses insurance contracts and the breaking of them. You cannot be charged with something that is a civil matter. Unless you were driving without insurance because your policy was cancelled for non-payment, but in most jurisdictions this is not an arrestable offence, and few if any jurisdictions allow jail time for driving without insurance. It's almost always a hefty fine. How about some more details?

Well, it's not ILLEGAL to not pay insurance, so there's something else going on. Looks like your home is being reposessed.

You didn't provide any information here, so what do you do? Looks like you go to jail and lose your home.
