Default Can I report my lost digital camera to my homeowners insurance?
I lost my $400 camera is there a way I can report to my homeowners insurance to get reimbursed for it?

Regardless of your deductible, losing something isn't a covered peril. It would be if you scheduled your camera but I'm sure you didn't do that...

If it was not stolen from your home, it wouldn't qualify. and your deductible is probably over $400.
