Default I don't have home owner insurance.. please help!?

I owned a condo in New Hampshire. the owner of the unit below me filed a claim to her ihome owner insurance because of water damage that I created. what are my rights to protect myself from her charging me extensive unecessary amounts that were not created by my damage?

If she's claiming from her insurance then perhaps she wasn't planning on making a claim from you. You would need to have a contractor come out to inspect the damage and give you an estimate as to how much the repairs will cost.
