If you don't to share that info it makes perfect sense, but our landlord has just offered to sell us the place we've been renting. We LOVE the house and even though it's old it's a large piece of land that would be worth it alone for the investment. The problem is we have a very TIGHT budget. Anyone willing to give me any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thnx.
