Default a home catches on fire, two people are named insured on the home policy; they issue

$10k in advancement for? contents lost in the fire. Insurance compamny omits my name from those checks, giving my girlfriend total of the finances, in which she kept for herself, leaving me with no money. What are my righs and what is there obligation to me as a named insured? I have already sent them a letter regarding this matter

if they are not responding to your letter, try having a lawyer send one on your behalf, usually things take nothing more than a letter signed by a lawyer, most will do something like that at a very low cost (lower than if they were actually doing a bunch of stuff)
