...parents or some relative? I don't get it !

It goes back to their having no parenting. Which goes back to my plan to license those who wish to be parents! But it will never happen sadly since everyone thinks it is their right.

Cause they do it for the money. Each kid they have they can draw a check on get free medical for that kid and themselves and then draw help with food. I have no problem with some one that truely needs the help--but there are a lot that use the system and get away with it. Why should they have to pay for anything when they can get it all FREE? The parent or relative probably feels sorry for them(more so the children) so as long as they have the child, apparently they are guarenteed somewher to live. It's not right and I would be willing to bet they probable weren't raised that way, but seem to like that way of life rather than working.
So as not to step on anyone toes here, there are the few people that work and need the help to get by, that I understand. You do what you have to do to feed and take care of your kids. You may not like it, but at least the help is there.
