A landlords HO policy protects his building, (part A) any sheds, detached garages (part B) vandelism if the building is vacant for up to 30days -so depending on what the issue is, the question is why you the renter need this information -
If you were hurt on the property due to neglect , such as rotted steps or faulty wiring, you may have a claim, but other then that, the landlord policy is there to protect the building, the landlords investment, and the bank's investment if the house is financed.
