If it is an emergency you need to go to any emergency department. If you haven't already departed your country I suggest getting travelers insurance.

I agree with the above. The ER cannot turn away anyone, although it is expensive. Some hotels...perhaps the higher end ones...have doctors that service travelers in particular. You may want to ask them.
