Default a relative of mine has died while on holiday in greece (heart attack)but she...

...never had any travel insurance? at the moment to get her back to england the cost is over 15,0000 this amount included hospital fees does anyone no where we can go to get help we need my auntie home our family have all put money in to raise enough but we dont have any wear near that amount this only happened yesterday we are all devasted and we just dont no what to do or who to turn to any imformation would be greatly appreciated thanks
hi the cost is 15 thousand pounds the day she died was the day she was due to come home she was actually in hospital for a dislocated hip she had a hip replacement 6 months ago her son and daughter flew home that day to england and left her at the hospital with there dad as they could not all stay as this was there departure day later on that afternoon she suffered a massive heart attack i thank you all for your comments you have all been a great help

I'm sorry for your loss. Please contact the American Embassy. They hopefully will guide you in the right direction regarding her transport home.

PS ...From the sounds of it you're in the UK....contact your Embassy, I hope all goes well for you and yours.

Speak to the British Embassy - they will help you as much as possible and will have dealt with this before. Sorry for your loss.

sorry for your loss.Did she have life insurance back home?I would go to citizens advice monday morning they're good at tricky problems like yours
