Default Taking a long trip in the winter by car (MO TO ME) and need travelers insurance....

...Who do I contact? I am driving, more than likely in snow and ice and would like to know of someone that could cover air ambulance should I be unfortunate enough as to have an accident that would leave me unable to return home by plane. Thanks! My husband is active duty military. I cannot get a hold of tricare today and was just curious if anyone knew what to expect.
