travel insurance help needed please?

I'm off on holiday on Sunday for 3 weeks. I'm trying to arrange travel insurance but I'm getting silly quotes for doing the right thing and declaring a "pre-existing medical condition."

Can anyone recommend a good insurance company that will give me insurance for a "pre-existing condition" I can use? Thanks.
