Default If I have two travel insurance policies in the UK, am I able to claim on...

...both policies for missing luggage? My luggage may have gone missing at Heathrow T1 after 4 days from returning from holiday. Am I legally entitled to claim on both policies? Policy 'A' is covered by my bank and policy 'B' was taken out by someone else on my behalf. I will/may be claiming against 'British Airways' on the terms of lost luggage (and contents).
