ok lets say im going to all the south america countries one at a time, one after the other.... do i just buy that thing once and im covered whenever, where ever i go or something? and y do i need to waste my money on it wen i obviously need money for more important things like food and sleep. its not like im 80 years old with a serious heart or brain condition. so plz explain me this bullsh*t
