Default My uninsured car was damaged by an insured driver. What is my position where...
...costs recovered are concerned? Full liability was admitted by the driver that damaged my car, will her insurers pay for the damages to my car?

Not if it's uninsured they wont. What was it doing on the road to get hit in the first place.
