i pas my practical test in October 2007 and since then i'm insured and got full UK Driving Licence..

what do you think the fine will by the judge.

if the judge band me for not driving or 6 point panalties i may lose my job.

so what do you think regarding above.

I got £140 fine and eight points in 1994 there is always a chance to put your defence and you may get some leniency if it could cost you your job

Dunno - but you deserve to get the book thrown at you. What if you'd killed or injured someone? Did you tell your employer that you had this court case hanging over you? Bet you didn't - or were you doing a driving job without a licence and insurance?
