Do I need to claim accident in company vehicle with my insurance company?

I want to get new insurance but I was in an accident in a company vehicle. I got the ticket, but the company's insurance paid the claim. My personal insurance wasn't affected. Do I have to tell my insurance co about the accident? With my current insurance I did. But my premiums are outrageous!
