have any of u dealt with USAA before? whether it was their auto insurance, banking etc.and how come there are so many in the military that does not know anything about it?

I have nothing but great things to say about USAA. I have my auto and home owner's insurance and my bank and daughter's college account with them. They are always helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. However, for some people in the military, USAA is actually more expensive for them, depending on their situtations.
