Default if i payed the fine for driving without insurance will i still have my...

...license suspended? they told me if i payed the fine i wouldnt have to go to court, well i still have to...and people is telling me that there going to suspend my license for 6 months, and this is my first offense...are they going to suspend my license..??

If you have the required insurance and show the "Binder" to the court. And you had no "Gap" in coverage. Your license is already suspended, the court will rule for you to get a new license, at your expense! And you may have to retest the driving exams.
